Specifications include, but are not limited to: MTSS Universal Screener with Data Management System Requirements and Capabilities: A. Web-based data management system capable of storing, interpreting, and providing reports for screening and progress monitoring data. B. Capacity for customized assessments. C. IMS Global Compliant. D. For Math, must align with the current Georgia Education Standards. E. For ELA must align with current ELA and new Georgia Education Standards and address the requirements of Senate Bill 48. The K-3 Reading screener for elementary must be on the Georgia DOE list of approved SB 48 screeners. Data System functions: • Input and storage of screening scores. • Importing data must be compatible with Synergy. • Interpret and report of screening data. • Capacity to aggregate screening data by district, school, skill, grade, teacher, all subgroupings, and various other variables. • Aggregated screening data must be presented in terms of both level and rates of improvements. • Provide for input and graphing of progress monitoring data for students receiving intervention. • Progress monitoring system must be compatible with the Georgia Student Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) and proposer must provide the data to the SLDS. • System interprets progress monitoring data and makes easy to understand recommendations pertaining to the need for teachers to change or maintain intervention intensity. • System interprets screening data and makes easy to understand recommendations for addressing skill gaps and for providing enrichment. • Proposer must provide information on any allowable accommodations that can be provided to students but still obtain a valid and interpretable score...
