Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) 1,360 LF of 14" HDPE, DR 11 (DIPS) Force Main, Min. 4’ Depth, Open Cut Construction, Complete per Plans, 2) 1,240 LF of 14" HDPE, DR 11 (DIPS) Force Main, Min.4’ Depth, HDD Construction Sta 0+90 to 2+00, Sta 10+15 to 13+70 & Sta 18+40 to 26+15, as noted, Complete per Plans 3) 1 LS 12” Force Main Discharge Piping inside 5' Dog-House Manhole with poured invert, Complete per Plans and Detail C590, 4) 1 LS 3" Combination Air Valve Assembly with Backwash Accessories inside 5' Dog-House Manhole, Complete per Plans and Detail C600, 5) Install 50 LF Mooty Bridge Road Bore, 14” HDPR DR 11 (DIPS) Force Main, 20” Steel Casing with End Seals, see Plan Sheet B-7, Complete per Plans, 6) Remove existing 8” Clay Sewer and Install 280 LF of 8” PVC SDR 26 Sewer, see Plan Sheet B8. This task requires sewer bypassing during construction. Complete per Plans. 7) 380 LF of 4” HDPE Power, 2” HDPE Fiber & 2” HDPE Water on east side of 14” Force Main from Sta 0+00 to Sta 3+80, to be located during construction. HDD construction required from Sta 0+90 to Sta 2+00. 8) 1 LS Erosion Control Plan Requirements, Complete per Plans, 9) 1 LS Mobilization, 10) 1 LS Demobilization, 11) Allowance for Field Testing of Materials, only if approved by the Engineer for Payment. 12) The Project Also Includes the required excavation, backfill, grading, testing and all other appurtenances and accessories.
