Specifications include, but are not limited to: The ARCHES Project is a program of Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency (MWVCAA). The ARCHES Project invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the required product, to submit proposals for the installation of a facility generator that will supply backup power to maintain full electrical operations at our site located at 1875 Fisher Rd NE in Salem, Oregon. This site is referred to as “The Lodge”. The Lodge was formerly a motel, which was purchased by MWVCAA and is being renovated to become a transitional shelter for veterans and other qualifying community members in need of shelter. The 3-story building has approximately 80 rooms. Arches Lodge Program is a sub program of the Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency’s Arches Program. The Arches Lodge is a shelter facility serving veterans and other qualified families and individuals in the Salem area. The Arches Lodge is located at 1875 Fisher Rd NE in Salem, Oregon. The structure was built in 1988 and consists of approximately 29,868 square feet with 76 guest rooms. We are seeking proposals that will include the following: A facility generator that will supply power to maintain full electrical operations to the site Complete installation of the generator following all construction codes required Remove, replace, and upgrade the current Main Distribution Panel (MDP) Includes all trenching and backfill Includes pour back of asphalt and concrete Includes drywall repair and soffits around conduits Clean-up and discarding of any old material removed Any permits, licenses or additional documents required by City, County, or State
