Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pioneer Widening and 50th Avenue Roundabout project will design and construct roadway widening, utilities and other improvements along Pioneer Street from east of Royle Road to 56th Avenue, Roundabout at Pioneer and 50th Avenue, 50th Avenue from Pioneer to Pioneer Canyon Drive, Pioneer Canyon Drive from 50th Avenue to Union Ridge Town Center/Costco. The work will consist of overseeing project tasks and coordination with City of Ridgefield representatives to manage the scope, schedule and budget for the construction phase of the project. The improvements will include stormwater, water, sanitary sewer and other underground utilities, illumination, street improvements, pedestrian facilities, culverts and/or small bridges and retaining walls. Requested work items: In general, the construction management phase will involve, but not be limited to, the following key components and deliverables: • Preparation and submittal of monthly invoices to City for services performed • Construction management, inspection and administration • Attendance at and facilitation of preconstruction conference, preparing agendas and meeting notes as needed • Lead and facilitate weekly on-site construction meetings preparing agendas as needed • Maintaining and circulating for review all coordination meeting notes • Review and respond to material submittals • Tracking of weekly statements of working days and critical path schedule • Prepare and review of contractor monthly pay estimate and submittal to City • Review contractor proposals for alternate “or equal” materials...
