a. Implement evidence-based intervention strategies, provide education and support, prioritize safety, accountability, and a trauma-informed approach, and establish crisis management protocols. b. Maintain confidential record-keeping and actively participate in program evaluation. c. Demonstrate cultural competence while collaborating with fellow service providers and engage in continuous professional development. d. Help build and sustain a coordinated, multiagency crisis response and case tracking workflow system operative 24/7. e. Increase victims' access to crisis intervention and ongoing support services, regardless of criminal, medical, or substance use status, in collaboration with relevant community partners. f. Provide and track delivery of survivor support services and best practice-appropriate to the provider's credentials and linguistically appropriate. g. Collaborate with various agencies such as the Santa Fe Police Department, Santa Fe Fire Department, court systems, health systems, and human and social service provider organizations to meet victims/survivors' needs and promote a trauma-informed approach. h. Participate on multidisciplinary teams and utilize reporting systems for coordinated care. i. Enhance existing or establish new working relationships with peer navigators to meet the needs of victims/survivors. j. Evaluate effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative outcome measures. k. Participate in collaborative meetings and technical assistance opportunities during the funding year for funded programs.
