Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall specialize in the form(s) of violence and sector(s) indicated on their Offeror Pass/Fail Packet (packet) and perform “Community Educator,” which is defined as: Developing and delivering educational programs and training sessions tailored to diverse audiences, raising awareness through public campaigns, and creating educational materials. The scope of work is to fulfill the following goals and activities: a. Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions tailored to diverse audiences, raising awareness through public campaigns, and creating educational materials. b. Foster partnerships, collaborate with service providers, and ensure cultural sensitivity in all efforts. c. Collect data and evaluate the impact of education and awareness initiatives. d. Empower community members to recognize signs of DV/SA/HT, offer support, and actively engage in prevention efforts. e. Implement evidence-based intervention strategies, provide education and support, prioritize safety, accountability, and a trauma-informed approach, and establish crisis management protocols. f. Maintain confidential record-keeping and actively participate in program evaluation. g. Demonstrate cultural competence while collaborating with fellow service providers. h. Help build and sustain a coordinated and multi-agency crisis response. i. Increase victims' access to crisis intervention and ongoing support services, regardless of criminal, medical, or substance use status, in collaboration with relevant community partners. j. Participate on multidisciplinary teams and utilize reporting systems for coordinated care. k. Enhance existing or establish new working relationships with direct service providers to meet the needs of victims/survivors. l. Evaluate effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative outcome measures. m. Participate in collaborative meetings and technical assistance opportunities during the funding year for funded programs.
