Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor agrees to provide all parts, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to provide preventive maintenance, repair services ,upgrades and additions to all of the equipment and auxiliary systems in Centrals Energy Center on an asneeded basis or University requested basis. Centrals Energy Centers Equipment and Auxiliary Systems include but are not limited to: Equipment listed but not limited to: i. boiler vessels, ii. boiler tube repairs, iii. boiler refractory work, iv. boiler cleanings fire side/water side, v. natural gas water heaters, vi. Energy Center and campus wide steam, and condensate system, vii. Deaerator feed tank systems, viii. condensate tank systems, ix. campus wide heat exchangers, x. ventilation fan system (located mid tunnel), xi. Energy Center pumps and motors, xii. heat recovery steam generators, xiii. cooling tower system (located outside the Energy Center), xiv. plate and frame heat exchangers, xv. tube and shell heat exchangers, xvi. motorized valves, xvii. hand valves, xviii. pressure reducing valve stations...
