Specifications include, but are not limited to: RFQ/P scope for On-Call Wet Well Cleaning, (including but not limited to): Responsible General Contractors are to provide all construction, materials, equipment and labor to complete the On-Call Wet Well Cleaning FY24 Project (Project) as generally described below. • The contractor will be required to initially clean the four wet wells at the WRFs and Sewage Pump Station sites (see addresses below). • The ongoing cleaning routine of individual wet wells will be on an as-needed basis, with additional sites included to make use of the capacity of a single tractor-trailer. Additional sites may include clarifier sludge pits at WRFs. • On-Call Wet Well Cleaning operations may be required during regular hours and in non-regular emergency hours. • Cleaning of all sites will be during live wet well operations. Contractors will need to agitate and clean wet wells from the top down. • Contractors shall provide safety plans for their cleaning operations. • Contractors shall follow OSHA safety standards. • Contractor shall protect the Owner’s facilities during cleaning operations. Any damage caused shall be repaired or returned to the original condition. The Contractor may be required to provide video recorded inspection of the site prior to cleaning.
