Contractor shall provide the following: 1. Transport all items requested by User in the agreed upon timeframe. 2. Comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, and regulations related to the Services provided. 3. Provide serviceable equipment and necessary accessories or devices to provide the Services required by the User and to secure and protect User’s property. 4. Assemble, disassemble and take down and set up furniture, appliances, recreational and non-recreational equipment, if required, for transport and/or moving. Contractor shall indicate in advance of providing any Service, any disconnect requirements for appliances or other equipment. 5. Pad all furniture, appliances, recreational and non-recreational equipment, and areas to avoid damage during the moving process. 6. Pack and unpack items with efficiency and care and in a neat and organized manner and ensure all shipping boxes are easily identifiable. Contractor shall indicate in advance of any move items that Users are responsible to pack and any items that Contractor will not move. 7. Take special care in handling high value and delicate items such as computers, terminals, printers, televisions, laboratory equipment, and other electronic and mechanical equipment. 8.
