Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) is the local public health department for the City of Boston. BPHC’s mission envisions a thriving Boston where all residents live healthy, fulfilling lives free of racism, poverty, violence, and other systems of oppression. In light of the alarming rise in behavioral health challenges among Boston's youth, as evidenced by recent data, BPHC is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to find skilled vendors in community-based behavioral health training. This initiative seeks to support community organizations aiding marginalized youth, particularly youth of color and LGBTQ+ individuals, who face significant behavioral health disparities.
