Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of Six (6) Pickleball Courts, Demolition, Including Underground Utilities in Project Area; Clearing, Grubbing, and Removal of Debris; Site Preparation; Material Sampling and Testing; Earthwork; Furnishing and Installation of Post- Tensioned Concrete Courts; Furnishing and Installation of Concrete Flatwork; Furnishing and Installation of Netting, Chain Link Fencing, and Related Appurtenances; Court Surfacing and Striping; Furnishing and Installation of Electric Conduits; Furnishing and Installation of Benches; Furnishing and Installation of Miscellaneous Irrigation Items; Quality Control; All Labor, Supplies, Tools, Equipment, Parts, Rentals, Fuels, Utilities, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Mobilization and all other Costs including Overhead and Profit.
