Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Third District Juvenile Court conducts a Juvenile Drug Treatment Court for adolescent offenders who are experiencing substance use disorders, and Family Recovery Courts for parents experiencing substance use disorders. As a component of the drug court program, frequent random drug urinalysis testing is required. The intent through this RFP is to augment existing randomized testing through treatment providers specifically by providing weekend and holiday testing, and providing testing for those not yet in treatment, or when treatment is completed. We anticipate approximately 20% of the testing under this contract will be after regular business hours, weekends or holidays.
