Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roof: 28 ft x 50 ft 1) Provide and install approximately 1,400 sq-ft of new 5-rib, 26-gauge metal roofing (brown) with ridge vent and vented eaves. Replace 100 sq-ft of damaged purlins with like material. 2) Provide and install new fasteners per manufactures recommendations. 3) Provide and install new metal-wrapped fascia. Stain: 1) Clean, prep, and caulk area to receive approximately 1,800 sq-ft of stain. 2) Contractor shall apply two coats minimum of stain on exterior of all walls and doors to include exterior overhang. STONE DOOR RANGER STATION 1) Clean, prep, and caulk area to receive approximately 800 sq-ft of stain. 2) Contractor shall stain the exterior of building, totaling approximately 800 sq-ft. GAS AND PAINT SHED 1) Clean, prep, and caulk area to receive approximately 370 sq-ft of stain. 2) Contractor shall stain the exterior of gas shed, totaling approximately 170 sq-ft. 3) Contractor shall stain the exterior of paint shed, totaling approximately 200 sq-ft. PARK MANAGER RESIDENCE 1) Clean, prep, and caulk area to receive approximately 3,000 sq-ft of stain. 2) Contractor shall stain the exterior of the Park Managers Residence, totaling approximately 3,000 sq-ft. 3) Park Manager will be responsible the choosing the color of stain. FENCING 1) Clean, prep, and caulk area to receive approximately 500 ft of stain. 2) Contractor shall stain approximately 500 ft of fencing along the stone door trail entrance surrounding both the ranger station and stone door bathroom.
