Specifications include, but are not limited to: School Bus Routing Software with GPS Navigation Turn by turn audible Dynamic GPS navigation with stop notifications that integrates with Samsara GPS and our Mounted Samsung Galaxy A7 tablets. Need a web portal that allows an entered address to display whether in a bused area or non-bused area and if in a bused area, the busing information for the public. Communicates with (our student management software) Skyward and allows two way communication. Need Skyward to update route information daily and route information to update student busing information in Skyward. Routing software will have Common Reports already created and User Defined Reports that can be created locally. Common Reports include student lists, bus routes, State report, passenger list, individual run, Special Education frequency reports, driver direction reports, cover sheet reports, special education student needs report, unmatched student report, runs not attached to route report, ect. Ability to export yearly data for use in Utah State A1 Report. Ability to create custom reports for data analytics that can be exported in csv, excel, ect. Customizable Bell Times and Programs – Needs to be able to have the ability to have multiple out bell times for the same start time. The ability for multiple programs at the same school to have the same start time, but have the option for multiple dismissal times, so we can accommodate students that are on an altered schedule as per their IEP. Customizable Frequencies – Needs to be able to have a customizable frequency for students. Many SPED students have a need for customizable frequencies in their IEP. We need the ability to accommodate those needs. M,T,W,U and F are the standard frequencies, but we need to be able to customize any combination of days and to school or from school trips. These need to also be done in a way that will minimize confusion for drivers and parents.
