Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.1 The Contractor shall administer, score, and report on a technically-sound Contractorprovided fixed form or computer adaptive assessment aligned to the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) in English/Language Arts and Mathematics, and to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for Science content. The Contractor-provided assessment may be a Contractor-owned assessment or an existing assessment from another entity that the Contractor licenses or leases on Hawaii’s behalf. The Contractorprovided English/Language Arts assessments are to include reading and writing. The Contractor shall provide the assessments for all Hawaii public school students enrolled in grades 9-11 beginning in the 2024-2025 academic year (Spring 2025 test administration). 3.1.1.2 During a 12-week window from February to May, beginning in 2025, the Contractor shall administer the CEES in English/Language Arts, Mathematics and Science to Hawaii students in grades 9-11. 3.1.1.3 Contractor shall provide both hard copy printed and online materials for training of state, complex area, and school personnel who will be administering the assessments. 3.1.1.3.1 Contractor shall provide both hard copy printed and online materials/ instructions for administration of the tests. 3.1.1.3.2 Contractor shall provide both hard copy printed and online test materials for students if necessary. It is anticipated that approximately 80% of students will require a paper/pencil version of the CEES. 3.1.1.3.3 Contractor shall provide for the cost of any postage fees. Grade Distribution
