Color- Bronze/black frame. b. Remove security bars from all storefront windows and entry doors. Install folding security gates on all storefront windows and entry doors. c. Install 2 handicap door openers at entry doors. d. Install 8 LED lights (4 on the building, 4 on the roof/canopy) LED lights on the canopy with bull-horn mounting bracket. e. Replace lighting on the 4 box signs with LED. Currently, box signs are 16 feet long and 3 feet wide. They are halogen lights; either replace box signs with LED or update electrical to LED lighting and keep box signs. f. Install upgraded security cameras throughout the premises. Update security cameras inside & outside of premises using 10 channel cloudbased system. g. Repair the canopy to prevent leaking.
