Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install a total of 26 speakers. Hall A-16 speakers on the beams and 4 in the balcony, Hall B-6 speakers. Speakers will be mounted to the beams. There will be 4 speakers installed to each beam in Hall A and 3 on each beam in Hall B. Beam installation will be completed by Beam Clamps 12”-17”, 1 ton, w/Swivel Eye. The locations on the beams need to allow for the most sound quality and efficiency. The (2) new amplifiers will be installed in current rack room/crow’s nest (located on the north side of the balcony). There are power sources available in this location but there is no current dedicated AC power hook ups available. There will need to be 2 new amplifiers 1 designated for each Hall. These will replace the current amplifiers that operate Halls A-B. The speakers in Halls A&B must be able to be turned off and on separately as well as to be used simultaneously through general PA function and presentations. The new amplifiers will need to be tied into current XLR Wall jacks in Hall A and B. Currently there are 3 on the south side and 3 on the north side of Hall A. Request is for Dual XLR 3 pin Male Jacks with 1 female jacks to be installed in Hall B. Current AV wiring is analog system. There are no current digital lines or servers currently installed. Two (2) Touch screens 5in-7in in size will be installed, one (1) in Hall A and one (1) in Hall B.
