The DOL Pathways to Infrastructure grant application, scaling track, requires an existing program (with programmatic data, partnerships, etc.) to be in existence and good standing to receive funding. As stated in the FOA: “The goal of the Scaling Track is to invest in established partnerships that have demonstrated evidence of effectiveness in implementing a sector strategy training program in one or more infrastructure-related sectors.” In order to meet the requirements of the grant application, we must apply with our existing program partners named in the grant and the implementation upon award. We currently only have one partner, Utah Women in Trades, who we partner with that we can work with to “scale worker-centered sector strategy training programs in H-1B industries and occupations critical to meeting the goals of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL).” Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
