County utilizes a cool grass blend mixture a. 49.05% Kentucky Blue Grass 85% Germination; 24.61 % Creeping Red Fescue 85% Germination; 24.50% Perennial Ryegrass 90% Germination; 1.64% Inert Matter; .15% Crop Seed; .05% Weed; substantially equivalent products to those designated will be considered for award; the County reserves the right to obtain additional information from the bidder regarding technical and performance specifications of suggested alternates and final right to determination of equivalency shall be determined by the County. 6. Rebuild pitcher's mound, including demolition of existing mound, bring in new mound pack clay, surface clay bricks, and topped with conditioner. 7.
