Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Mobilization - Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. Payment is non-proratable and shall be made once all the items specified herein have been completed. Mobilization includes the following: • Providing all required bonds, insurance certificates and permits • Submittal of an acceptable Construction Schedule. • Submittal and approval of Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Material Certifications • Submittal of material supplier and SUB-CONTRACTOR lists • Mobilizing construction equipment and materials to the site • Providing portable sanitary sewer facilities for the duration of construction B. Demolition & Repair: Miscellaneous Demolition & Removal – Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item includes any demolition for this project which is not included in another bid item. This item includes proper disposal of demolition debris. C. Demolition & Repair: Remove Existing Wall – Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item includes demolition and removal of the existing wall/headwall near ESD-A4. This item includes proper disposal of demolition debris. D. Demolition & Repair: Remove Existing Underground Detention – Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item includes demolition and removal of the existing underground detention system as indicated on the plans. This item includes proper disposal of demolition debris. E. Demolition & Repair: Remove Existing Rip rap/Gravel – Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item includes demolition and removal of the existing rip rap/gravel indicated on the plans. This item includes proper disposal of demolition debris. F. Detention/Sediment Pond - Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item includes all grading activities for this project and any other pond appurtenances not included in another bid item. This includes, but is not limited to, filter ring, temporary surface skimmer, bypass pumping, etc. This item also includes maintenance until the project is fully stabilized and removal/proper disposal of temporary pond BMPs. G. Traffic Control - Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item includes preparing a traffic control plan for review and approval by the Columbia County Traffic Engineering Department and providing all necessary traffic control for the project.
