Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide quote per SOW and floorplan with notes for 100% complete Pole Barn constructed 60’ X 120’ with 14’ side wall, 3-12 pitch min. PBR-panels shall be 24 gage metal; provide color selection options to owner to choose. Side walls and roof to be insulated with Prodex Total (White 5M Plus). Provide pricing for 10M Plus as an add alternate. Provide Engineer stamped drawings for the Pole Barn including footings and Slab. Provide Interior buildout of bathrooms and office spaces. Provide sewer line to city sewer approx. 160’ to the north of project. Provide and install 2- 300,000 btu ceiling heaters (natural gas) with thermostats, each switched separately (switches placed in office or just outside of door into shooting barn area. Also provide and install new gas line to project, nearest gas is approximately 700’ away coordinate with gas company. (See attached map for approx. Location and attached floorplan of the building, not to scale). Owner will provide southwest corner location of building. Remove topsoil 15’ beyond building footprint and provide level pad, scarify 8 inches deep and recompact to 95% Standard Proctor Density. Adjust moister as needed. Import structural fill as needed to place the southwest corner top of slab (approx. elevation @ 771 ft.) one foot above undisturbed earth just west of SW corner. Slab on grade shall be 3500 psi concrete 6” thick (smooth finish) having a 6” slump, #4 rebar 2’ on center each way with 6” ODOT Type A agg base beneath it compacted to 95%. Agg base shall be covered with at least 15 mil vapor barrier. Provide Termite Pretreat. Provide add alternate pricing for 6’ apron on ends that extend to the outside edge of front and back aprons with 15’ aprons on front and back of building with same specs above with 3-5% air and without vapor barrier. Exterior concrete shall have a broom finish. Expansion joints and saw cuts for both Interior and Exterior concrete shall be per industry standards.
