The purpose of this project is to enhance fish passage and flood capacity at a crossing of Crocker Creek at Settlers Bay Drive. The existing culvert is in poor condition and is a barrier to fish passage. This culvert will be replaced with a larger culvert that will maximize fish passage and provide hydraulic capacity for the 100- year flood. The project will involve, but is not limited to, potholing and surveying utilities (location and elevation), working around and supporting utilities, clearing and grubbing, excavation, import and placement of borrow material, installing an aluminum pipe arch culvert, stream diversion and dewatering, reconstructing the disturbed section of Settlers Bay Drive, planting trees, and placing topsoil and seed.
