The scope of this RFP is to provide sound, stage, and lighting. This includes delivery, setup, operations, and maintenance of all systems, along with the labor to manage these systems. During the Fair, local bands and other acts provide entertainment to fairgoers throughout the day with big name entertainment performing on Friday and/or Saturday evenings. The equipment list below may not be all inclusive and Proposer must realize that more or less equipment may be needed depending on the local or national artist’s requirements for stage, instrument, and sound setup. If a brand name is listed, proposals utilizing equivalent items are acceptable. The Proposer will work with the Fair Board and Fair Event Coordinator to determine actual needs of the Fair each year.
