Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation is in need of quotes to provide beer, wine and liquor products to be resold at the Highland Golf complex. The existing Highland National Clubhouse has a full liquor license and the Highland 9 Hole Clubhouse has a strong beer and wine liquor license. City of Saint Paul’s Highland National Golf Complex is a business that was founded in 1927, was remodeled in 2003, and reopened in 2005. We are focused on giving our customers the best experience possible. Our customer base consists of all ages where most are 21 and over. Our services include: Food and beverage sales On-the-go food and beverage sales (beverage cart) Golf Operations (Daily play, Tournaments, Driving Range, Special Events) ; Contracts will be awarded to the low, responsible responder for each of the following five categories: Category 1: 16 oz. canned beer; Category 2: Beer Kegs: Half-barrel (16 gallon) kegs and 1/6 keg (6 gallon) Craft Beer; Category 3: Liquor in one Liter glass bottle; Category 4: Liquor in 50-mL glass bottle; Category 5: Wine: Single serve 187 mL bottles
