Specifications include, but are not limited to: Seasonal Services; Spring and fall cleanup of grounds as specified herein is mandatory and must be included in the monthly price for service. Spring cleanup must be done in the month of April and includes the following services: All services included in the “Weekly Services” portion of the RFP, plus; Trimming of hedges and trees; Mulching; Licht - Including the two (2) interior courtyards; Raking of all grass areas; Cleaning of all leaves and debris, including trash that has accumulated; Fall cleanup must be done in the month of November and includes the following services: All services included in the “Weekly Services” portion of the RFP, plus; Trimming of hedges and trees; Raking of all grass areas; Cleaning of all leaves and debris, including trash that has accumulated; Shrubbery must be trimmed on an as-needed basis, but at least three (3) times a year according to specifications of the shrubs. All beds shall be dressed with pine bark mulch no later than June 1 of each year. The depth must be at least two (2) inches. Weekly Services The following services must be performed on a weekly basis: Cut/trim all grass; Remove all weeds; Sweep/blow grounds especially from any planting beds, shrubbery, sidewalks, entry areas, curb areas of building perimeter and the sally port area; Remove all debris, including trash, from grounds, especially from any planting beds, trees, shrubbery, sidewalks, entry areas, curb areas of building perimeter and the sally port area; Manicure any mulch beds; To include the two (2) interior courtyards
