Specifications include, but are not limited to: Approximately 3,200 linear feet of new roadway construction, including excavation to subgrade, roadway base materials, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, and asphalt and concrete pavement; underground utilities including approximately 1,810 linear feet of sanitary sewer, manholes, and laterals, 185 linear feet of sanitary sewer installed by trenchless application (boring and jacking), approximately 1,060 linear feet of water main replacement, services and appurtenances, approximately 3,735 linear feet of storm sewer pipe and structures; removal of existing and installation of new concrete drainage flume; excavation of a stormwater basin; traffic signal replacement; signing, traffic control, pavement markings and chain link fence; along with clearing & grubbing, turf and site restoration and erosion control measures. The City of Reedsburg will direct procure a portion of the traffic signal equipment.
