Contractor shall provide Anesthesia Services to the Residents of the Kansas Neurological Institute during dental procedures performed at the Kansas Neurological Institute, with the Dentist who provides dental services once a week, four times a month. During sedation, other medical procedures may be performed as well. Contractor will coordinate with the Dentist for appointments. Contractor must administer anesthesia on-site, at the Honeybee Lodge, Kansas Neurological Institute, 3107 SW 21st street, Topeka, Kansas 66604. KNI shall provide the Contractor with the Residents' medical cards and private insurance carriers. Contractor shall provide a minimum of four scheduled sedation days per month at the Kansas Neurological Institute.
