Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Various Devices should have options to print/copy in both black & white as well as color. • Devices should have the ability to “secure print” and must integrate with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure for authentication and user management. • Devices should have the ability to accept print jobs from Windows, Chrome and iOS devices. • The District would prefer devices that have Wi-Fi capability (not requiring an Ethernet cable/port) and be able to accept a static IP – however Wi-Fi is not a requirement. Please provide description of Wi-Fi/Ethernet capabilities. • All devices should include a printer stand on wheels. • Please include a full spec sheet for proposed device(s). • Please include pricing for extended/optional add-on paper trays. • Provide options for printer stands-optional heights, storage solutions, etc. • Do you have screen options, such as, larger screen area or tilt options? If so please describe.
