Specifications include, but are not limited to:Storm Water Pollution Prevention 1 LS - Lump Sum including the development of a plan, application with the city, and the implementation of best management practices (BMPs) Due to the fact that the site is under 1 acre, a formal SWPPP with NOI with the state is not required. However, the Contractor shall provide a plan showing BMP’s and identify measures to control mud, dust, and debris and apply for a Storm Water Permit with Draper City at; Work shall include the removal and disposal of all landscaping, trees, irrigation, volleyball posts & footings, and other miscellaneous items requiring removal that are not covered in other bid items.
