However, the Contractor shall provide a plan showing BMP’s and identify measures to control mud, dust, and debris and apply for a Storm Water Permit with Draper City at; Work shall include the removal and disposal of all landscaping, trees, irrigation, volleyball posts & footings, and other miscellaneous items requiring removal that are not covered in other bid items.
