Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Indicate the name and address of property owner, existing zoning, land use (residential, office, etc.), deed book references, plat book references and PIN numbers of the subject property. 2. Indicate right of way, property lines, property owners, zoning, land use (residential, office, etc.), deed book references, plat book references and PIN numbers of all adjoining properties. 3. Provide vicinity map. 4. Extend topographic survey limits to include all areas contained within the limits of the subject property boundary and extending 50-ft past all parcel property lines. 5. Spot elevations at critical points. Include all survey points in AutoCAD file. Also include the .txt of the points. 6. Locate all locations of ingress/egress to existing buildings and indicate FFE at each. Coordinate with owner if doors are locked. 7. Locate and label all streams (including buffers) and wetland area flags within subject property. Flags will be set by the project environmental consultant. 8. Perform as-built topographic survey using USGS bench mark datum to (1) foot contour interval accuracy. Establish onsite benchmark for construction related activities using permanent structure. Provide a minimum of three control points (rebar, nail, etc.) with state plane coordinates for design and construction purposes. 9. Location, type, and size of all specimen trees 8” in diameter or larger. Indicate drip line of individual trees and continuous drip line of mass trees. 10.Location of marked soil borings with identification if applicable.
