Specifications include, but are not limited to: Complete removal of 18 original coulter type injection row units. Installation of 18 new coulter type Bazooka Farmstar Phantom row units in place of original injection row units. Inspection and report of cracks, fissures, and weak spots on injector. Implement jack placed in center of injector in original location. A new jack may be required. Install easy to use stinger brace. Design must be approved by Outagamie County. Replacement of transport wheel spindles, bearings, race, seal and hubs. Shorten 8 hydraulic hoses with new fittings installed. Calibrate monitor and flow meter. New replacement of swivel gaskets. 3 total. Install 4 new transport rubber tires to match existing specification. Storage box for flow monitor that must be adequate for road travel and stops rain from damaging monitor. Proper lubrication spots to prolong the life of the replacement parts. Any new pieces or repairs added need to be painted a color similar to removed parts unless county approval for a different color. Once completed the injector must operate without issue. Adequate strength and sizing on all alteration and fabrication. Outagamie County has rights to all used components at no additional cost. Manure must drain completely from the entire system with all valves opened after any completed alteration or fabrications. Option A: Repair and re-enforcement of cracks, fissures, and weak spots that were reported in inspection. Option B: A new pig launcher fabricated that directs manure away from machine and tractor. Design must be approved by Outagamie County. Option C: An alternation to existing pig valve to prevent sand/debris accumulating and preventing valve from opening. Alteration should allow valve to completely open. Design must be approved by Outagamie County.
