Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnishing all the labor materials, and equipment to complete the renovation of 28 identified sand bunkers, totaling about 35,000 square feet with quality workmanship, in a timely manner, and in compliance with golf course construction industry standards. Major Tasks: 1. Review and accept existing site conditions. 2. Protect existing site conditions outside of the sand bunkers to be renovated. 3. Remove sod as necessary around the sand bunkers and dispose of it offsite. 4. Core out the existing sand bunkers and remove and dispose of the sand on site as directed by the course staff. 5. Remove liner and dispose of it offsite. 6. Remove any damaged bunker drainage pipes offsite. 7. Reshape bunker, while maintaining the existing square footage. 8. Regrade the bunker floor and edge. 9. Provide and place new drainage pipes. 10. Provide and place new sand within the reshaped bunker. 11. Provide and place new sod on the edge of the reshaped bunker.
