Proof-roll and mark soft spots for removal. Patch as needed per specs listed above. 4. Clean and prep the surface and then no more than 24 hours prior to paving, apply a CSS-1 tack coat at manufacturer’s suggested rates. 5. Install TDOT 411E asphalt wearing course to a compacted depth of 2”. Perform rolling in consecutive passes to ensure smooth finish with no roller marks. 6. Remove and re-pin six (6) concrete parking stops. Collierville Elementary (Areas as shown on map); 1. Excavate and dispose of approximately 100 square yards of asphalt.
