The scope of the work listed below is not intended to be a comprehensive list of what the Contractor will do but a general description of the most common services to be provided. The Contractor shall provide “as needed” all labor, tools, equipment, hardware, and incidentals related to, but not limited to: Door repairs – adjustments to hinges, repairs or replacement of hardware, closures, handles, toe kicks, door stoops, locks, and frames. Hanging and replacing doors. Window repairs – adjustments to window frames and hardware, replacing windows, and window treatments (blinds, curtains, etc.). Drywall repairs including finishing and matching textures. Stucco repairs including finishing and matching textures. Cabinet and countertop, hardware replacement, installation, and or replacement. Carpentry work, wood and metal framing, siding, and finish work as needed. Demolition and remodel work for small projects. Flooring – minor repairs such as carpet or tile patches and related baseboards and moldings. Minor patching and repairs of walls, ceilings, roofs, siding, trim, and fascia. Caulking and/or waterproofing. Changing lights and/or ballasts. Small interior and exterior projects. Minor electrical and/or plumbing repairs as needed. Pre- and post-construction clean-up and associated debris removal. Minor fire and water damage cleanup and associated debris removal. Handyman shall also provide one (1) year labor and installation defect-free warranty on all workmanship.
