Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Hawai‘i, Department of Health (HDOH), Family Health Services Division (FHSD), Children with Special Health Needs Branch (CSHNB), Early Intervention Section (EIS), is requesting information, feedback, questions, and considerations. The information received through this RFI will assist EIS in preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure for statewide Early Intervention (EI) Programs within specific geographical areas to provide the following family-centered, community- based, EI services: Care Coordination (CC); Family Training, Counseling, and Home Visits (FTCHV); Occupational Therapy (OT); Physical Therapy (PT); Social Work (SW); Special Instruction (SPIN); and Speech Language Pathology (SLP).
