Wasatch County Solid Waste SSD desires to examine a master plan for its operations at 2214 S Airport Road, Heber City, UT 84032. It is anticipated that the master plan will include proposed square footage, site layout, and construction phasing for the following features: • Traffic flow for all planned facilities • Transfer station(s) to accommodate in-house waste pickup and resident self-service • Weigh station • Office space • Vehicle maintenance • Green waste storage • Covered parking The final master plan should provide the district with direction for facility changes that accomplish the above, accommodating future projected growth through 2044. The proposal should include resources necessary to aid in the projection of these needs. Additionally, the final product will include expected costs of the improvements.
