Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract, with a qualified vendor that can provide expert and advanced technical support assistance for Microsoft Active Directory in hybrid mode with Azure\Entra to include authentication methods. Enterprise level assistance in the implementation and management of Office 365 services such as Entra, Exchange, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc. Knowledge of public and private certificate installations. Knowledge of DNS records for use in hybrid and Office 365 environment. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Provide technical support during scheduled evening or weekend hours. Able to work as a team or independently as determined by task requirements. Ability for occasional onsite support when needed. Needs experience with Exchange on-premise servers and configuration in Exchange hybrid mode. The selected vendor will play a key role in optimizing our Office 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance. The vendor shall provide these services in accordance with the requirements and specifications provided in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
