Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Receive copy from the Township, provide graphic design of the Township Newsletter, send proofs (as many as are needed), provide the Township with a digital copy of the final proof, and create a final copy for publication. 2. Once final approval of the proof has been provided by the Township, the vendor must provide the Township with an estimated time of delivery to the designated United Stated Postal Service office. 3. Provide the Township of Franklin with written confirmation of the number of copies required by and delivered to the USPS to satisfy a bulk mailing to businesses and residents of the Township of Franklin for each publication season. 4. Print approximately 29,000 copies of each newsletter. This number is based on the amount required by the USPS to satisfy a bulk mailing to the aforementioned businesses and residents within the Township of Franklin. 5. Prepare mailing for a simplified bulk mailing. It is imperative that the successful respondent be familiar with the United States Postal Service regulations that permit the newsletter to be mailed at the lowest possible cost. 6. Deliver newsletters by the deadline date (to be specified by the Township) to the post office, with remaining newsletters dropped off or delivered to the Franklin Township Municipal BuildingSpecial Projects Office located at 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873. The Township is responsible for postage cost and will be responsible for ensuring there is sufficient postage for the mailing in the Franklin Township Permit, currently at the Kilmer United States Postal Service (USPS) Office located at 21 Kilmer Rd, Edison, NJ 08899. Successful respondent is welcome to provide advice on the best procedure for mailing to ensure the saturation mailing at the lowest cost and most efficient manner possible.
