• Develop a publicly available Comprehensive Safety Action Plan that includes leadership commitment, goal setting, safety analysis, public engagement, equity, recommended policy changes and strategic project prioritization. The SAP will be delivered in both draft and final formats for City review and comment. • Provide data collection and analyst services as deemed necessary for the needs and objectives of the City’s SAP. This may include traffic data collection and/or use of off-theshelf software available to the City to collect traffic and safety data for the SAP. • Identify measures to ensure goals and objectives identified in the SAP can be achieved. • Organize, present and attend public outreach meetings. • Attend and present at Board of Mayor and Aldermen meetings. • Follow all federal guidelines for the project development. • The contract shall be hourly with a not to exceed amount agreed upon between the City and Consultant.
