The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit for additional Contractors to add to the already established State of Minnesota Contract to furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to legally and correctly replace and/or repair parking lot paving and small-scale bituminous paving. This new solicitation includes, but is not limited to, driveways, park roads, paved trails, access roads, and boat ramps, and paving related work. The Contract(s) awarded through this solicitation will be available to all State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Ventures (CPV) members, on an as needed basis, for their individual paving projects NOT TO EXCEED $250,000 in value. All existing Contracts will remain in place and will maintain their current scope of work and county coverage. Existing Contractors may respond to the RFP, to propose on additional counties.
