Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Child and Family Health Division (CFH) is seeking a contractor on behalf of the Minnesota Maternal Mortality Review Committee (MMRC) to conduct up to 40 two-hour key informant interviews of all pregnancy-associated deaths occurring in the State of Minnesota. The MMRC is a body authorized in Minnesota Statutes 145.901, subd. 5 to conduct maternal death study reviews of all pregnancy-related deaths in Minnesota. Membership of this group is comprised of medical examiners or coroners, representatives of health care institutions that provide care to pregnant women, obstetric and midwifery practitioners, Medicaid representatives, representatives of state agencies, individuals from communities with disparate rates of maternal mortality, and other subject matter experts as appropriate
