Specifications include, but are not limited to: ➢ Contractor shall be responsible for all permits. ➢ Contractor to provide all materials for set up. ➢ Contractor responsible for supplying or third-party rental of any material handling equipment as needed. ➢ Contractor is responsible for the safety of all their crew, City employees, and the general public while at the collection site. ➢ Contractor is responsible for verifying that all certifications, and licensing of their personnel reporting to the site on day assigned are current and in compliance with the appropriate regulating agencies. ➢ Successful Contractor may be required to enter into a General Service Agreement with the City of Bridgeport a sample copy of same has been included in this bid package for reference purposes only and need not be completed by Bidder at this time. ➢ Successful Contractor will be required to furnish the Department of Public Purchases, a Certificates of Insurance including Workers Compensation coverage and showing the City of Bridgeport as the additional insured. (Not required prior to bid opening) ➢ Successful Contractor may be required to furnish the Department of Public Purchases a completed copy of the attached “Non-Collusion” form.
