Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Vendor shall administer the vaccines district-wide, either at a school or District facility, upon request through School Health Services. 2.2 The vaccines listed below shall be administered to CCSD employees only, no students. 2.2.1 Influenza Vaccine 2.2.2 Pneumonia Vaccine 2.2.3 Tdap Vaccine (combined Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) 2.2.4 Shingles 2.2.5 Covid-19 2.3 Each employee will be responsible for paying for the vaccines. Vaccine costs can be billed through the employee’s health insurance. 2.4 The vendor shall provide staff, licensed medical personnel, and supplies to administer the vaccines. 2.5 The vendor shall coordinate the scheduling of vaccines with the school or District staff representative. 2.6 The vendor shall ensure that all vaccinating personnel employed or contracted are appropriately licensed or otherwise properly authorized to administer or dispense vaccines. 2.7 The vendor shall list any additional vaccines on the Cost Proposal Form.
