Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base bid: 1. Walls (2 – non-load bearing, see floor plan sketch) a. Wall construction to be metal studs and 1/2” sheet rock, batt-type insulation. b. Build approximately 22' 10" X 8'6" insulated wall, with a 12’ wide X 6’8” high cased opening and add 3 new electric receptacles. c. Build approximately 10' 9" X 8' 6" insulated wall with a solid 80" X 36" stained door and frame with ADA hardware and re-key able lock and 3 new electric receptacles. 2. Paint a. Repaint approximately 1754 sq. ft. single coat, 3508 sq. ft. double coat, color TBD. Add Alternate 1: 1. Carpet/Cove Base a. Remove approximately 804 sq. ft. (90yds) of sheet carpet and prep floor as needed and replace with new 2 X 2 carpet squares. b. Remove all cove base and replace with approximately 185 L.F. of "Burnt Umber” cove base c. Contractor will supply all materials, (carpet squares, cove base, adhesive, and transitions). Add Alternate 2: 1. Ceiling Tile a. Remove and replace with new approximately 200 white - 2' X 2' ceiling tile. Add Alternate 3: 1. Glass wall section and glass doors a. Delete the cased opening and replace with 2-3' glass doors with all hardware and handles, and 3' glass on each side of the doors (see sample photo). b. All glass must be tempered glass. Materials 1.
