Develop a new Comprehensive Facilities Plan and Utility Master Plan, hereafter referred to as the “CFP” and “UMP”. This RFP is undertaken by Minnesota State University, Mankato pursuant to the authority contained in provisions of Minnesota Statutes § 136F.581 and other applicable laws. The A/E shall work with the Owner’s appointed Project Manager, the Owner’s designated Comprehensive Facilities Plan Committee (which will include representatives of academic and administrative areas, faculty, facilities management representatives, and students), and the Minnesota State system office System Director of Capital Planning and Analysis to assess current utilization and future space and organizational needs, enrollment and demographics trends, program needs, campus access, and the overall aesthetic sense of campus to create a Comprehensive Facilities Plan and Utility Master Plan in accordance with the Minnesota State Comprehensive Facilities Plan and Utility Master Plan Guidelines and to ensure that the Plan document is completed on schedule, on budget and to a level of quality commensurate with the Owner’s requirements.
