Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor should possess extensive experience in order to provide high-level training and support to the AOC HR Director, AOC HR Deputy Director, and team in the following areas specific to the New Mexico Judicial Branch and the Administrative Office of the Courts: • Designing, developing, and implementing New Mexico Judicial Branch human resource practices, policies, and procedures. • Designing, developing, and implementing NMJB training for managers and staff, that supports compliance with the NMJB Personnel Rules, policies, and practices. • With the NMJB personnel complaint and investigation process develop training and procedural manuals for other HR professionals.
