Provide coordination with HECO, new underground electrical service, trench, concrete encasement, sidewalk restoration, asphalt concrete restoration, concrete driveway restoration, service equipment, weatherproof sound-attenuating generator, automatic transfer switch, portable generator connection cabinet, CMU wall, concrete slab; lead based paint and lead containing paint control measures and monitoring; panelboard, devices; junction boxes, conduits; wiring; patching and refinishing of building surfaces, and all other improvements as indicated on the drawings, complete in place.
