Specifications include, but are not limited to: The applicant’s proposal must include a summary of the proposer’s overall qualifications to implement a Women’s REACH Program for a specific geographic area of the state in conjunction with other established services in the community’s continuum of care such as DMHAS’s Women & Children’s Programs, Medication Assisted Treatment Programs, Hospitals and other medical and behavioral health services. At minimum, the proposer must include the following specific details regarding their organization: a. Purpose/Mission: • Describe how your proposed Women’s REACH program fits within your organization’s mission and configuration of current programming. • Summarize the services you currently provide, particularly for women and families, within the geographic area in which you are seeking funding.
