Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL CLEANING OF PARKING GARAGES ON THE ISLAND OF OAHU; LOTS G, I, J, N, S, & V; The Contract Administrator shall conduct periodic inspections of the project to ascertain that the work performance and materials are used in accordance with the requirements and intentions of the specifications and special provisions. Contractor shall provide all supervision and shall perform all work in a professional and acceptable manner. Should any work be found to not meet the standard, contractor shall re-execute work within one (1) day after notification by the Contract Administrator. If the work is not completed within one day, the Contract Administrator shall determine the percentage of uncompleted work and shall deduct that percentage for uncompleted work from the Contractor's next claim for payment. Contractor shall report any damage to items or to building structures to the Contract Administrator by the next workday. The cost of repairs for damages caused by the Contractor shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. The State may elect to repair such damages and charge the cost to the Contractor.
