ARES OUTLINED ON PROVIDED DRAWINGS SHALL BE REMOVED TO DECKING AND FILLED WITH MATCHING INSULATION TO PROVIDE SMOOTH SUBSTRATE FOR ROOFING; NEW METAL COPING CAP MINIMUM OF 24 GAUGE SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDACE WITH SMACNA GUIDELINES; INSTALL NEW ROOF HATCH WITH SKYLIGHT TOP; SLOPED DRAIN SUMPS SHALL BE CONSTRUCED OUT OF FACTORY PRE TAPERED POLYISOCYANURATE Q PANESL COVERED BY 1/2” COVER BOARD. POSITIVE DRAINAGE IS TO BE OBTAINED IN ENTIRE SUMP AREAS; INSTALL NEW DRAIN BOWLS AS OUTLINED; INSTALL 500 LN.FT OF NEW WALKPAD AS OUTLINED ON DRAWINGS
